Bond issue
An affiliate of Diös & Kuylenstierna, DK Syd
AB, acquired a real estate portfolio from Fabege on
30 June 2006. The acquisition was financed by bank loans,
equity and a bond issue. The bonds are secured by mortgages
on the properties acquired. The bank loans were issued
by FöreningsSparbanken. The issuing house and coordinator
is Swedbank Markets. |

The subscription period is now over. The issue was
somewhat oversubscribed, and the company’s board
of directors has elected to restrict allocation to
a few institutional customers so that the envisaged
target group (Swedbank Private Banking) receives a
full allotment. The issue raised SEK 135,000,000. |
